Plot Outline:
The true story of the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 B.C. where the King of Sparta led his army against the advancing Persians; the battle is said to have inspired all of Greece to band together against the Persians, and helped usher in the world's first democracy.

Summary:
It's based on Frank Miller's graphic novel and 'graphic' is the word here. I wanted to convey this with a fairly iconic and intense image. People may also be familiar with Miller following the Sin City adaptation. On the second teaser I felt the image spoke for itself rather than having a tagline (about heroism and sacrifice etc). The tagline on the first teaser is a double meaning and ironic play on words. And anyone thinking 'Blood, Guts, Glory' is the name of the movie would see the website address at the bottom of the poster.
